Fonterra Te Mātāpuna is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operations Manager to lead Crawford Street Dry Stores DC in Waikato. You will drive safe, efficient operations, develop long-range plans, budgets and forecasts, and engage teams to meet service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and proficiency with SAP and Excel, with broader collaboration across the North Island for training and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams and driving performance improvements.
• Strong budget planning and cost control experience.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel in a supply chain context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and lead the DC team to deliver safe, efficient operations.
• Plan long-term site strategy, budgets, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control.
• Manage site performance, cost controls, and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for optimisation.
• Travel within North Island for training and meetings as required.
