Foodstuffs South Island is seeking a Head of Operations to lead our distribution and warehousing network across the South Island, including Christchurch and Dunedin. You will drive safety, service excellence, and cost efficiency while shaping the future of our supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale supply chain operations
• Proven ability to drive transformational change
• Strong leadership across multiple sites and functions

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution and warehousing network across safety, service, quality, cost and reliability
• Build a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across sites
• Develop leadership capability and succession strength across a large workforce
• Drive productivity improvements, process discipline, and performance outcomes
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to shape capability, capacity and network performance
• Lead major operational change and improvement initiatives
