Job summary

Mum 2 Mum is a New Zealand–owned company supplying products for families, childcare centres and healthcare providers. This full-time role is based at Te Rapa, Hamilton, and covers dispatch, stock control, and general office administration.

You will pick, pack, dispatch orders, coordinate courier collections, maintain stock levels, process incoming goods, and assist with invoicing and data entry. You will also answer customer calls and support the Sales Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Organised, reliable and enjoys a busy, hands-on role.
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, checking, and dispatching customer orders.
• Coordinating courier collections and ensuring orders are sent on time.
• Maintaining stock levels, processing incoming goods, and assisting with stock control.
• Ordering packaging and dispatch supplies.
• Entering invoices, data entry, and general office administration.
• Answering customer phone calls and directing enquiries.
• Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team where required.
