Job summary

Mum 2 Mum is seeking a versatile candidate for a dispatch, warehousing and office administration role in New Zealand. The position covers picking/packing, stock control, invoicing, and customer enquiries, with support for the Sales Manager and broader team.

We value someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment, able to learn new systems and work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time role with a well-established NZ employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, warehousing, administration or accounts would be advantageous.
• Able to work in a busy warehouse environment and on your feet for long periods.
• Excellent organisational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, checking, and dispatching customer orders
• Coordinating courier collections and ensuring orders are sent on time
• Maintaining stock levels, processing incoming goods, and assisting with stock control
• Ordering packaging and dispatch supplies
• Entering invoices, data entry, and general office administration
• Answering customer phone calls and directing enquiries
• Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team where required
