Job summary

Ministry of Justice - New Zealand seeks a permanent, full-time Project Coordinator to support workstreams within Productivity & Collaboration Services. You will work closely with Project Managers to provide high-quality planning and coordination for customer-focused project delivery across the Ministry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project or ICT environment delivering digital or technology initiatives in a structured governance-driven setting.
• Ability to prepare governance and project documentation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for projects.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across digital teams.
• PRINCE2 qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.
• Assist in preparing governance and project documents.
• Assist with project scheduling and overall planning activities.
