Shared Services sits within Digital at the Ministry of Justice and provides collaboration and productivity tools across the organisation, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive), Power Platform solutions and Microsoft Exchange services. Our teams develop, improve and support the digital services used by Courts and Tribunals. We are seeking a permanent, full-time Project Coordinator to support workstreams within Productivity & Collaboration Services.
Our Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers and managers, providing high‑quality planning and coordination to support customer‑focused project delivery across the Ministry.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a project and/or ICT environment, supporting the delivery of digital or technology initiatives in a structured, governance‑driven setting.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,050 and $94,348 based on skills and experience.
