Ministry of Justice (New Zealand) is seeking a permanent, full-time Project Coordinator to support Delivery of Productivity and Collaboration Services. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and governance across digital projects, working with project managers and senior leaders in a large, complex organisation.
You will be a proactive team member with strong planning, scheduling and relationship-building skills, contributing to successful delivery within the Shared Services team.

Shared Services sits within Digital at the Ministry of Justice and provides collaboration and productivity tools across the organisation, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive), Power Platform solutions and Microsoft Exchange services. Our teams develop, improve and support the digital services used by Courts and Tribunals. We are seeking a permanent, full-time Project Coordinator to support workstreams within Productivity & Collaboration Services. Our Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers and managers, providing high-quality planning and coordination to support customer-focused project delivery across the Ministry.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a project and/or ICT environment, supporting the delivery of digital or technology initiatives in a structured, governance-driven setting.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,050 and $94,348 based on skills and experience.
