Qualifications
- Experience as a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Engineer.
- Experience with Windows 11 rollout projects using Intune and Autopilot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support all IT incidents & requests at level 1-2.
- Clearly communicate with VIP staff onsite.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and peripherals.
