Job summary

Native Digital Limited, based in Manukau, Tāmaki Makaurau, is seeking a Technical Support Technician (Level 1-2) to be the first point of contact for customer issues and own modern workplace setups, Intune configurations, and secure M365 deployments. This hybrid role blends remote support with onsite work as needed.

You’ll assist with Windows, Mac, and networking environments, contribute to security enhancements, and maintain clear documentation of tickets and solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in IT support or service desk roles (MSP experience ideal).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Apple systems and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer support requests (via phone, email, Teams) and provide remote and onsite troubleshooting.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access policies.
• Roll out and optimise Microsoft 365 security features (MFA, Windows Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint).
• Monitor and respond to alerts using ticketing and RMM tools; document resolutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with Technical Team Lead for escalations and project delivery.
