Job summary

Land & Sea is Auckland's rapid-growing outdoor retailer and e-commerce business seeking a detail-oriented Data & Purchasing Coordinator. The role focuses on advancing data and digital strategies to support purchasing execution and stock management, leveraging AI-enabled processes to drive efficiency.

You will work with ERP, POS, and BI tools to maintain data accuracy, build dashboards, and provide reliable support to purchasing and e-commerce teams, contributing to strong decision-making

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms to support purchasing, reporting and operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for retail and e-commerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of purchasing processes, raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with Land & Sea buying team and suppliers to plan and place orders aligned with sales and stock demand.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools on a BI platform.
