Job summary

Land and Sea NZ Ltd in Waitakere, North Island, is seeking a commercially-minded, digitally fluent Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to lead the execution of our digital marketing strategy and own our e-commerce platform.

You will manage email and lifecycle marketing, content creation, and day-to-day site performance, collaborating with buying, retail and customer experience teams to deliver a high-converting online experience. AI will be central to content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including campaigns and flows.
• Practical experience with AI tools for marketing or e-commerce, or a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead email and lifecycle campaigns via Klaviyo, including segmentation and automation.
• Develop and maintain customer lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
• Create content for web banners, homepage modules, social content and blog/editorial using AI to accelerate production.
• Execute SEO and content strategy, including buying guides and category content.
• Coordinate paid digital activity (SEO & SEM) and adjust budgets/ROAS as needed.
• Ensure all digital content reflects brand voice and standards.
• Track and report on digital marketing performance (email revenue, open/click, conversions, ROI).
• Oversee day-to-day performance, presentation, and merchandising of the Land & Sea website.
• Lead build/publishing of product pages with high-quality copy, imagery, specs, and SEO.
