Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking an experienced analytics-forward professional to shape online performance across its brands. You will blend commercial discipline, customer intelligence, predictive modelling and AI-enabled insights to inform sales, margin, fulfilment and customer outcomes.

You’ll build forecasting, budgeting and scenario models to provide senior leaders with clear risks and opportunities. Based in Auckland with hybrid work options, this role collaborates across Finance,

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in eCommerce, finance, commercial planning or related fields.
Strong understanding of retail or online business performance drivers.
Advanced Excel, BI tools or equivalent for analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities

Drive online commercial planning, forecasting, performance visibility and insight-led optimisation across TWG’s online businesses.
Translate complex data into clear commercial insights and prioritised actions for senior stakeholders.
Build and maintain online budgeting, phasing, forecasting and scenario models across TWG brands.
