Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a customer-focused support agent to join a busy contact centre. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, help book people into courses, and provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience.

This role works with internal teams to resolve queries and keep customer data up to date. You’ll need at least two years in a service role, clear communication, strong attention to detail, and reliable Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills across phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage customer information.
• Resilience and confidence handling a range of customer queries and challenging conversations.
• A reliable and dependable approach with strong Monday–Friday availability.
