Job summary

QJumpers Recruitment Services is seeking a customer-focused administrator to join our on-site team in Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and reservations with care and accuracy.

The role requires excellent communication, strong time management, and the ability to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Experience with Restaurant Diary or Roller systems is a plus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused professional with strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous and enables you to hit the ground running.
• Familiarity with Restaurant Diary and Roller systems is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email and in person.
• Manage enquiries and reservations with accuracy and care.
• Work across shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
