Qualificações

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new operating systems.
• Experience using POS or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-pressure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through other channels.
• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, pricing, and events.
• Process customer transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle bookings, registrations, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support teammates to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assist with training colleagues on operational systems when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work flexible rostered shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
