Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a Customer Success professional for a 12-month maternity cover to manage onboarding, engagement and retention across our customer lifecycle. You will build strong relationships and help customers derive maximum value from our payments technology.

The role focuses on proactive account management, with commissions available and ongoing training. You’ll work across phone, email and other channels, contributing to a relationship-led, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience across Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Retention, Technical Support or Sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Confident communication skills across phone, email and other customer channels.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, CRM confidence and the ability to work independently while seeking support when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage the customer lifecycle across onboarding, ongoing engagement, retention and account changes.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and help them get the most value from products and services.
• Handle customer retention conversations, including contract cancellations, ownership changes and early terminations.
• Identify opportunities to add value through additional products or features.
