QuickQuote is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Newmarket, Auckland office. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and help ensure a seamless experience with QuickQuote.

Join a small, supportive team in a growing software business; you’ll handle enquiries, document interactions in our CRM, and contribute to day-to-day operations while developing your skills. This in-house role offers variety, collaboration, and opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
• Confidence using computers and CRM / business systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating where required.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow‑up.
• Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded within our CRM system.
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and filing systems.
• Process orders, invoices and other business documentation.
• Assist with data entry, reporting and database management.
• Coordinate internal communications to support customer outcomes.
• Track and follow up customer requests and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
