Sorted Logistics, a NZ-owned logistics company, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative in New Zealand. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will collaborate with transport, warehousing, carriers and couriers to ensure smooth freight movements.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends off, a collaborative team environment, ongoing training, and employee recognition programmes. Growth within the NZ-owned business is encouraged.

• Solid administration experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Location: Christchurch or Auckland | Full-time, 42.5 hours per week | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Representative to join our team. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer enquiries are resolved quickly and professionally. Working closely with customers, suppliers, operational teams, carriers, and couriers, you'll help keep freight moving while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
