Motion in Auckland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver prompt, accurate service to customers across NZ. You will handle enquiries, quotes, orders, and web orders while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and meet timelines.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A Warehouse/Logistics cert and CRM exposure are desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and experience delivering positive service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of independent and collaborative work.
• Positive, proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to build product knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems or Pronto is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and web orders accurately and promptly.
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and procurement.
• Liaise with branches, sales, product managers, and supply chain to resolve orders.
• Promote Motion products and identify sales opportunities.
• Assist with credit matters and returns documentation as required.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
