Responsibilities

• Be the front line for customers worldwide—primarily via email—handling questions, chasing quotes, and ensuring excellent service.
• Support sales reps with quotes, order processing, and paperwork to keep deals moving.
• Maintain CRM accuracy as the single source of truth for all customer relationships.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure promises made are kept.
• Use AI tools to draft and refine customer emails and triage a busy inbox; explore AI to sharpen work.
• Identify and fix small process issues in customer service and propose improvements.
