NZ Safety Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Auckland to join our dynamic contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting our on-road sales team and distribution centres.

• Prior Call Centre / Contact Centre / Phone based Customer Services Experience
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Full Time, Permanent
• 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, Manukau
• Start Date 17th November 2026

As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring every interaction is met with exceptional service. With your quick thinking and solutions-oriented approach, you will create a positive and refreshing customer experience.

We provide a supportive and flexible work environment, along with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success. During the initial 4–6 weeks, you will participate in structured training at our head office, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
