New Zealand Post is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Queenstown to deliver excellent service at front counters and by phone. You will handle inquiries, promote products, process mail, and assist with parcels across NZ and beyond.

The roster includes afternoon and weekend hours; heavy lifting may be needed. This role offers a supportive team, development opportunities, and a stable, government-owned workplace.

• Administration and data entry skills are required.
• Confidence to interact with people face to face, over phone and email.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our Queenstown Box Lobby front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zeland and the world. As a trusted NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

• Monday 2.30pm - 5.45pm
• Thursday midday - 5.45pm
• Friday 2pm - 5.45pm
• Saturday 8.45am - 12.15pm
