Job summary

New Zealand Post Group is seeking a Processing Officer for afternoon shifts at our Avenal branch. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight to ready delivery by our courier network. The role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment and can lift up to 25 kg.

Hours are Mon to Thurs 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Forklift experience is advantageous. Full working rights in New Zealand are required. Join a government-owned NZ Post team focused on safe, reliable parcel delivery.

Our Processing Officers create the magic by sorting, consolidating and dispatching parcels and freight at our Avenal branch, ready for our couriers to deliver. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.
