Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Mail Officer based at Te Puni Postshop in Petone, Wellington, to deliver excellent customer service at front counters and Box Lobby areas. The role covers multiple locations as part of a mobile team, requiring a current, clean, full driver license and flexibility for early hours.

Based at our Te Puni Postshop in Petone , our Mail Officer's deliver an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby's. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. While based at Te Puni, you'll be part of our mobile team covering multiple locations , so a current, clean, full driver license is required as you'll be driving our company van.
