Job summary

You will cover branches in Chartwell, Hamilton Business Centre, The Base, and Morrinsville, updating personal details and identification as needed, and refer complex inquiries to the Senior Partner.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Customer service experience ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine desire to help customers and provide excellent service.
• Can-do attitude, resilience, and logical approach to problem solving.
• Keen eye for detail to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Self-motivation and energy.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and be proactive.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Partner.
