Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a Casual Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact on the branch floor. You will engage with customers, listen actively, and support everyday banking needs in a friendly, efficient way.

You may work across Hawke's Bay branches, including Napier, Hastings and Havelock North, with no guaranteed minimum hours. No two days are the same, offering variety and a chance to learn banking skills while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn banking products and digital platforms.
