Job summary

Jobtailor in Hamilton, NZ, is seeking a customer service oriented banking assistant to be the first point of contact on the branch floor. You will engage with customers warmly, process transactional banking needs, and help them navigate online platforms and digital solutions.

You will cover branches in Chartwell, Hamilton Business Centre, The Base, and Morrinsville, updating personal details and identification as needed, and refer complex inquiries to the Senior Partner.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Customer service experience ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine desire to help customers and provide excellent service.
