Westpac New Zealand in Cambridge seeks a Banking Adviser who will be the friendly face of the branch, helping customers with everyday banking and guiding them through KiwiSaver, insurance, and other products. You’ll bring energy, empathy, and great conversational skills to build trust and support the community.

You will champion digital banking, deepen relationships, welcome new customers, and help grow the bank’s presence in the neighbourhood with service‑driven experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑focused role.
• Confident, engaging communication and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a knack for uncovering customer needs.
• Digital confidence, with the ability to coach customers through tools and technology.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ethical decision‑making.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements (desirable).
