About the role
The Customer Care Administrator reports to the Office Manager and plays an important role in supporting the smooth and successful operation of the business through exceptional customer service, organisation and administrative support. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, managing customer orders and assisting with any issues that arise. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Service Drivers to coordinate the delivery of our services and ensure customers receive a high level of service. Where service issues or customer concerns arise, you will take ownership of the complaint, liaise with the relevant team members and manage the matter through to a satisfactory resolution.
This is an office-based role on the North Shore, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
Providing professional and friendly customer service, including managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries, orders and complaints.
Scheduling and coordinating jobs to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time.
Coordinating logistics and communicating with Service Drivers and the Operations team.
Entering and maintaining accurate customer and job data.
Completing general administrative duties, including supporting accounts and invoicing processes.
Supporting the Sales Manager with administrative and customer-related tasks.
Assisting the Directors and Office Manager with a range of administrative and operational tasks as required.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring relevant customer and job information is kept up to date.
Following up on customer issues and ensuring actions are completed within appropriate timeframes.
Contributing to the overall efficiency and positive customer experience of the business.
