Qualifications

• Experience at checkout and in frontline customer service.
• Background in retail supervision or training staff.
• Lotto training with Managers Certificate and LCQ is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer enquiries and supervise front-line checkout staff.
• Foster a friendly, helpful environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure compliant sales of liquor, tobacco and age-restricted products.
• Promote health and safety and food safety initiatives.
• Roster staff to maintain efficient checkout operation.
