Qualifications

• Ability to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening each week.

Responsibilities

• Look after the checkouts and cash office.
• Monitor all customer service areas ensuring high standards and policy compliance.
• Create positive interactions with customers and resolve questions or issues.
• Lead and supervise the team, provide on-the-job training and coaching.
• Identify and escalate process-related issues for resolution.
• Champion a safe, healthy work environment and wellbeing.
• Participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives.
