As Clinical Secretarial Support, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support toconsultants and clinical teams. You will be responsible for managing clinicalcorrespondence, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate patientrecords, and supporting the patient journey from referral through to treatmentand follow-up care.
This role requires excellentattention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to managecompeting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism andconfidentiality.
It is a Fixed Term,full time role for up to 12 months covering maternity leave working 80 hoursper fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday. Hours are between 7.00AM to 5.00PMwhich will be discussed with the successful candidate.

As ClinicalAdministration Support, you will:
Knowledgeof medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The successful candidate must beeligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time ofapplying.
