About the Role
As Clinical Secretarial Support, you willprovide high-qualityadministrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams. Youwill be responsible for managing clinical correspondence, coordinatingappointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the patientjourney from referral through to treatment and follow-up care.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE), Mondays 8.00AM to 2.30PM and Tuesday to Friday 8.00AM to 3.00PM.

About you
As Clinical Secretarial Support, you will:
Previous secretarial, administration, or healthcare experience andknowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous but are not essential.
Atyping speed of 50 words per minute or more is essential. Audio transcription experienceand medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferredapplicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealandor hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
