Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a Relationship Officer in Albany (NZ) to support Client Managers with fleet management, quotations, orders, and customer communications. You will deliver professional administrative support to external customers and internal managers, driving client retention and growth while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relationship building with internal/external customers and vendors.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer and Client Managers on administrative tasks for fleet management and growth.
• Provide support in quotations, orders, vehicle delivery processes and fleet packs.
• Prepare and deliver Direct Sale and Early Termination proposals in coordination with Fleet Administrator.
