Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator to support Client Managers in maintaining and growing a portfolio of fleet clients. You will handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries, delivering a professional service both to external customers and the managers.

You will use marketing software for outbound communications, prepare performance reports, and help drive retention and upsell opportunities while upholding MMS values and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Applications.
• Experience in client support roles, preferably in automotive or professional services with customer service focus.
• Tertiary qualification in business-related discipline and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests and support Client Managers on admin tasks.
• Assist with quotations, orders, vehicle delivery processes and fleet management activities.
• Prepare fleet packs, contract modifications, renewals and direct sale proposals with compliance to guidelines.
• Document client information for cross-sell and upsell opportunities and maintain records for reporting.
