Job summary

Interleasing (New Zealand) Limited is seeking a Sales Support Officer to assist Client Managers and deliver an exceptional experience for fleet customers. You will handle quotations, orders and day-to-day client inquiries while maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

You’ll coordinate client communications and prepare fleet performance reports, contributing to client retention and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a client support role, preferably in automotive or professional services with focus on customer service/sales.
• A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent education and/or experience is preferred.
• Full current Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and Client Managers for administrative tasks in fleet management and growth.
• Build strong client and driver relationships and deliver responsive service tailored to needs.
• Manage quotations, orders, vehicle deliveries, registrations, and fleet documentation end-to-end.
• Coordinate contract changes, lease extensions, mini-leases and expiries in line with guidelines.
• Support Business Development with quotations, direct sales and early termination proposals.
