MMS is seeking a Sales Support Officer to help Client Managers deliver an exceptional fleet customer experience. You will handle quotations, orders and daily client inquiries, driving client retention and growth while coordinating communications and fleet reporting.

In this hybrid Auckland-based role, you will build strong relationships with clients and drivers, ensure service excellence and support optimisation and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent education and/or experience is preferred.
• Must hold a Full current Driver’s Licence.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and Client Managers for fleet administration and growth.
• Build strong client and driver relationships, delivering responsive service tailored to individual needs.
• Proactively manage client services, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements and policies.
• Manage end-to-end fleet administration, including quotations, orders, vehicle deliveries, registrations, fuel cards, fines and documentation.
• Coordinate contract changes, lease extensions, mini-leases, expiries and vehicle replacements.
• Support Business Development and Client Managers with quotations, direct sales and termination proposals.
