Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a senior kitchen role.
• NZQF Level 4 (or higher) Cookery certificate.
• Current Food Handling Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, cooking and serving of food for service.
• Preparation, cooking and serving of staff meals.
• Ensuring food is served and stored at correct temperatures.
• Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth service.
• Support colleagues where needed during service.
• Follow sanitation and hygienic food handling procedures.
• Assist Head Chef or Hotel Manager with additional duties.
