Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Auckland is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You'll gain exposure across restaurant service, large-scale conference and event catering, and pastry production within one of Auckland's leading hotel operations.

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality food, owning your section and supporting the wider culinary operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience at a Chef de Partie level.
• Experience across a mix of different kitchens, such as Hotel restaurant environments as well as Banquet/conferencing kitchens.
• A recognised qualification in Food Cookery or Culinary Arts.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• High standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• The ability to work a flexible roster (across morning & evening, Monday-Sunday).
• Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple kitchen areas.
• Must have the current legal right to work in NZ.

At Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre we're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. No two days are the same here -you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure across restaurant service, large-scale conference and event catering, and pastry production, while working within one of Auckland's leading hotel operations.

About the Role
