Job summary

Avis Budget Group International is hiring a Branch Supervisor in Queenstown, Otago to help the Branch Manager oversee daily operations and lead the team. You will ensure customers receive excellent service, process rentals, and maintain vehicles ready for service.

The role includes scheduling, coaching, training, and reporting, with a 40-hour week and weekend shifts. Full training is provided and uniform/parking are supplied.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Experience in supervising and developing team performance.
• Excellent planning, organisation and multitasking skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with supervision of all operational functions.
• Provide superior customer service and process rental transactions.
• Coordinate daily team activities and train/coach staff as needed.
• Prepare shift schedules and reports; report noncompliance to management.
