Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Queenstown, NZ. You will support the Branch Manager in supervising daily operations, processing rentals, and ensuring vehicles are ready for service. The role includes training staff, coordinating shifts, and reporting to management, with a 40-hour week across Mon-Sun and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Ability to coach, develop and provide feedback to team members.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in supervising all operational functions.
• Process rental transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicles are groomed and ready for service at counters.
• Coordinate daily team activities; train, coach and direct staff as needed.
• Prepare shift schedules and management reports.
