Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Queenstown, Otago, New Zealand, is seeking a Branch Supervisor to support the Branch Manager by supervising daily operations, processing rental transactions, and ensuring vehicles are groomed and ready for service.

You will lead and train the team, schedule shifts, handle complaints, and report on performance. A full NZ driver's licence and proven people leadership are essential; the role is on-site, 40 hours per week with weekend work and staff discounts.

• Requires managerial/leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, initiative and judgement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in complaints handling, conflict resolution and negotiation.

As Branch Supervisor, you will assist the Branch Manager with supervision of all operational functions.About the RoleYou will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service processing rental transactions, and ensuring we have vehicles groomed and ready for service at our counters.Further to the above you will coordinate the daily activities of the team and where needed, train, coach and direct the team in their duties. Noncompliance with established policies and procedures must be reported to management.
