Qualifications

• Background in customer service or administration is preferred.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and solutions-focused.
• Understanding of financial services, compliance, or regulated environments (or willing to learn).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking issues and card disputes.
