Centre Line Construction is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager, Project Manager and Managing Director.
This is a varied role within a busy construction and insurance restoration business. You’ll be working alongside the wider team to keep information organised, communication flowing and administrative tasks completed accurately and on time.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, practical, confident dealing with people and able to manage competing priorities.

Centre Line Construction is a locally owned building reinstatement and insurance restoration company based in Waihi, working across the Hauraki, Waikato, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty areas.
We work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, contractors and suppliers to manage building repairs and reinstatement following insurance claims.
Alongside our insurance work, we also provide renovations and alterations, decks, repairs and maintenance, and new builds.
We pride ourselves on clear communication, reliable workmanship and genuine relationships. We understand that insurance repairs can be a stressful process, and our goal is to make it as straightforward as possible for our clients and the people we work with.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
