We're looking for a Construction Support Administrator to join a busy team and provide essential administrative support across a range of construction projects.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking for 25–30 hours per week and could suit a working parent looking for a role that provides a good work-life balance.
Providing general administrative support to the construction team
Assisting with the preparation and lodgment of building and other relevant consents
Helping keep project documentation organised and up to date
Assisting with health & safety documentation, records and processes
Maintaining accurate files and registers
Coordinating paperwork between contractors, suppliers and the wider team
Supporting project managers and site teams with day-to-day administration
Helping ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are kept on track
Previous administration experience preferably in the construction industry
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with construction administration or building consents would be highly advantageous
Health & safety experience is strongly desired
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A practical, can-do attitude
