Job summary

Rambøll seeks a HV Technical Scope Manager to join its global Power Systems team. You will lead multidisciplinary HV design projects, coordinate with local and international experts, and ensure robust client interfaces and clear scope understanding.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• PM certification is an advantage but not required.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing focus.
• Committed to sustainability and Net Zero goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensuring clear scope and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers across borders and foster collaboration.
• Support site activities and quality assurance.
