Qualifications

• HV/EHV substation or overhead line experience.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across countries.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• PM certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to mentor and sponsor growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface with clear scope understanding and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities, follow-up and QA.
