Job summary

Rambøll's Power Systems team in Norway is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in HV/EHV design and project execution, delivering value to clients.

You will mentor engineers, manage tendering and contracts, and collaborate across disciplines while upholding sustainability and Net Zero goals. Remote work options and international assignments are available.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to collaborate across countries and disciplines.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English; PMI certification seen as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Interface with clients to ensure clear scope understanding and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-border collaboration.
