Job summary

Rambøll in Norway is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager to lead the global Power Systems team on high voltage design and engineering. You will mentor engineers, manage client interfaces, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to deliver sustainable energy solutions from Norway.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management across countries and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface ensuring scope clarity and building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects of projects aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site and field activities including follow-up and quality assurance.
