Ramboll is seeking an HV Technical Scope Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in high voltage design and engineering for substations and overhead lines. You will manage client interfaces, tenders, and cross-disciplinary coordination to deliver value-driven solutions while fostering collaboration across borders.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of junior engineers, and a commitment to sustainable change in a global energy context. Fluency in Norwegian and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as client interface, safeguard interests and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and cross-area coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and support site activities and QA.
